1. INFORMATION ABOUT US
We are Huscroft Flooring Limited, a company registered in England and Wales (company registration
number 11627683). Our registered office is at Unit 10/5 Pickup Business Park, Grangefield Road,
Stanningley, LS28 6JP. VAT number: 357433388.

2. OUR CONTRACT WITH YOU
We will only accept orders once they have been reviewed. You will be contacted to confirm receipt of
your order and whether it can be fulfilled.
Orders may be rejected due to reasons such as stock unavailability or errors in pricing. In such cases, we
will offer alternatives or refund any payments made.
Each order will be assigned an order number for reference. Please use this number in any communication
regarding your order.
3. PRICE AND PAYMENT
Prices and payment terms will be clearly indicated at the time of your order. Products become your
property upon successful delivery.
In case of late payments, interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate will be charged.
If the VAT rate changes after your order is placed but before delivery, the VAT rate will be adjusted
accordingly.
4. DELIVERY AND STORAGE
We will aim to deliver according to your selected shipping method. For out-of-stock items, delivery dates
are estimates.
If delivery is delayed due to external factors, you will be informed. You may choose to end the contract
and receive a refund, excluding costs incurred.
If you are unavailable to receive your delivery, redelivery charges and storage fees may apply.
After 30 days of storage at our premises, a charge of £10 per week will apply.
5. PRODUCT OWNERSHIP AND RESPONSIBILITY
You are responsible for the products once they are delivered to your specified address.
Before installation, inspect all products to ensure they meet your expectations. Once fitted or altered, the
products are deemed accepted, and we are no longer responsible for defects or suitability.
Any additional delivery costs due to incorrect access information or failed delivery attempts will be your
responsibility.
6. PRODUCT VARIANCE
Products may vary slightly from samples or images due to natural wood variations. This is not grounds
for a return or exchange.
7. BESPOKE GOODS
Goods that are custom-made or finished to your specifications, including but not limited to bespoke wood
products, hand-finished woods, stains, and made-to-order items, cannot be cancelled, returned, or
refunded under any circumstances. These products are considered bespoke and are unique to your order,
meaning they cannot be resold. If you are unsure whether an item is bespoke, please ask before placing
your order.
Please note that by confirming your bespoke order, you agree that these products are non-refundable and
non-returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty or misdescribed goods.
8. CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us. We will inform you if the change is possible and if it
will affect the price or delivery timeline.
9. OUR RIGHT TO MAKE CHANGES
We may make minor changes to products to reflect new laws or improve quality. For significant changes,
you will be notified and given the option to terminate the contract and receive a refund.
10. TERMINATION OF CONTRACT
You can end the contract before delivery for non-bespoke goods. However, we may deduct reasonable
costs. For bespoke goods, cancellations or returns are not accepted.
11. LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY
We are not liable for any losses caused by third-party fitters or delays outside our control. We will not be
responsible for business losses or indirect damages.
12. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
If you have a complaint, please contact us at info@huscroftflooring.com, and we will work to resolve the
issue. You also have the option to pursue alternative dispute resolution or court action as per English law.
13. PERSONAL DATA AND MEDIA USE
Your personal data will be handled according to our privacy policy. If you share images or media with us,
we may ask for permission to use them in our marketing.
14. OTHER TERMS
This contract is between you and Huscroft Flooring Limited, and no other party can enforce it. Even if we
delay enforcement, we retain the right to do so at a later time.
